1995 :: Gaudreau’s 3-way alternate waste and recyclable material collection system is adopted for the first time in Quebec in May 1995. The first municipality to adopt such a system is St-Valère located in the Bois Francs region. After a 3-year implementation process, more than 30 municipalities in the region decide to use this collection method.
1996 :: Inauguration of a second recycling plant in Victoriaville’s industrial park. This plant is unique in North America for its design and offers amazing treatment capabilities thanks to its semi-automated sorting process.
1997 :: A waste drop-off center and trans-shipment post are built next to the recycling plant. Moreover, Gaudreau begins to offer a confidential document-shredding service.
1998 :: Gaudreau celebrates its anniversary of 40 years in business.
